From compliance friction to scalable growth
The Brief
Peptide advertising touches four Meta policy surfaces at once — drug claims, misleading health claims, medical procedure imagery, and anti-aging promises. The original creative scored 9–10 out of 10 on assessed policy risk, and delivery instability meant purchases never had the chance to compound. We rebuilt the creative system around compliance, then scaled four formats that each produced purchases independently.

The Challenge
Peptide advertising touches four Meta policy surfaces at once — drug claims, misleading health claims, medical procedure imagery, and anti-aging promises. The original creative scored 9–10 out of 10 on assessed policy risk, and delivery instability meant purchases never had the chance to compound. The starting point: 3 purchases on $2,928.64 spent — a $976.21 blended cost per purchase, with 10 of 12 ads producing zero.

The Approach
Clinical imagery was replaced with product and lifestyle framing. Outcome language was replaced with wellness and education framing. The CTA moved earlier, and ad and landing page language were aligned end to end. Estimated approval likelihood moved from under 10% into a 60–70% range.

The Takeaway
Four distinct formats — offer static, product static, lifestyle static, and creator video — each produced purchases independently. No single ad carried the account. The top ad drove 88 purchases at 4.64x ROAS; the second, 77 purchases at 6.79x. Two framings of one sale tested head-to-head both cleared 14x+ ROAS at roughly $35 cost per purchase.
